Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Exact shipping times may vary based on location and the day/time the order was placed; so, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to arrive.

Shipping Rates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on package weight and your location. UPS is our primary shipping partner; we will always do our best to ensure the best possible rate at the time of the order. We currently offer standard ground shipping of 2-4 business days.

Joe & Bella offers free shipping for all orders over $50! 

International Shipping

At this time, Joe & Bella is sorry to tell you that we don't yet ship internationally. We hope to be able to do so soon! Please check here or contact our Care Team (hello@JoeAndBella.com for any updates).  

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check on your order's status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@JoeAndBella.com with your name and order number, and we will quickly and happily look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to a PO box. So, please always include a physical street address as well as an apartment number. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Don't love something? Just let us know. We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of delivery for products that are in an unworn, undamaged & unwashed condition, with the original tags attached & proof of purchase. Please contact us at hello@JoeAndBella.com for return & exchange instructions, and please have your order number ready.

We honor a 30-day return policy, which means we need to receive your item back within 30 days of having sent it to you in order to exchange it or issue you a credit. 

NOTE: If you ordered multiple items as part of a bundle or bulk order discount (example: Buy 1 item at full price and get a 2nd item at 20% off) and you return only one item, the refunded amount will be for the discounted item(s) not the full-price item(s). Please also understand that Discount Codes may never be applied to bundled items, as bundled items are already discounted. 

If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the order amount.

Please note: We are committed to creating adaptive apparel. If your product fails to perform or is damaged due to a material or manufacturing error, please email us as soon as possible at hello@JoeAndBella.com. Please provide your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We want to make you happy.
