Refund policy
Don't love something? Just let us know.
We want you to be completely happy with your Joe & Bella purchase. If something isn't quite right, please be assured that we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for products that are unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with original tags attached and proof of purchase.
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, your compensation will be issued directly back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 21 business days from the time we receive your return for the refund to process and for the credit to officially appear on your bank or credit card statement.

A few important details:
- Bundle orders: If you return part of a bundle or bulk discount order, we'll refund the discounted item(s), not the full-price ones
- Sale items and gift cards are not returnable (but we think you'll love them anyway!)
- Discount codes cannot be applied to already-discounted bundled items
Package protection: We do our best to ensure your items arrive safely, but sometimes things happen. If you used our Checkout+ feature, your package is protected! Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit? We'll replace it free of charge. Just click here to start a shipping claim.
Something not working right? We put our hearts into creating quality clothing that makes life easier. If your product fails to perform or arrives damaged due to a material or manufacturing issue, please email us immediately at hello@JoeAndBella.com with your order number and a photo. We want to make you happy 😀. All reports of damaged goods must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached and proof of purchase.
