Hi Everybody,
It's me again, Taylor, RN and Chief Customer Happiness Officer at Joe & Bella.
Have you ever noticed how certain clothes just make you feel more like yourself? That's not by accident. Our personal style is deeply connected to our identity, self-expression, and confidence.
As Ralph Lauren once said, "Style is very personal. It has nothing to do with fashion. Fashion is over quickly. Style is forever."
It's about the very essence of who we are. When we can't express our personal style, we lose an important part of our identity.
That's what drives every decision we make at Joe & Bella.
This connection becomes even more important as we age and face physical or cognitive changes. When someone can no longer wear their favorite button-down shirt or preferred style of pants, it's far more than just a wardrobe issue – it's like losing a piece of themselves.
I've seen this firsthand with family members and our extended Joe & Bella family. One customer shared how she had always taken special pride in her appearance, wearing crisp blouses and tailored pants. When dressing became more challenging, the available adaptive options that were available then made her feel like she was wearing someone else's clothes. She chose to struggle with dressing rather than give up her style – but the decision took a huge physical toll.
That's why we're passionate about designing clothes that maintain your personal style while making dressing easier. Take our Everyday Magnetic Button Shirt for Men and our Everyday Magnetic Button Blouse for Women. They look and feel like designer shirts, but go on in seconds. In fact, one customer told me that the instant click of the buttons made her feel "instantly like herself." I'll never forget that.
Please remember: You should never have to compromise between style and function.
Here's to staying true to your style!
Dress Easy, Be Happy – Taylor
PS Share Your Story: What piece of clothing makes you feel most like yourself? Email us at hello@joeandbella.com – we'd love to hear from you (and you'll be entered in our monthly gift card drawing!).

Your design team knocked it out of the park! I never thought adaptive clothes could be so fashionable.
